Moscow & St. Petersburg - pre or post cruise: Explore these two cities before or after enjoying the elegance of Silversea on board the Silver Whisper. These pre and post cruise options feature three nights in each city. In St. Petersburg enjoy two nights at the Taleon Imperial Hotel and one night on board the Silver Whisper. The Hermitage Museum is closed to the public on Mondays but Exeter has made special arrangements for you to enter the museum on a Monday enabling you to make the very best of your time in this beautiful city. Your tour also includes a visit to the spectacular Catherine Palace with its fabled Amber Room as well as  the magnificent fountains and palace at Peterhof and the stately St. Isaac's Cathedral.

Journey between the two cities on the new state of the art Sapsan high speed rail service where you will relax in the comfort of business class and enjoy a meal and refreshments served at your seat as you watch the countryside slide past.

In Moscow enjoy three nights at the fabulous Ritz Carlton Moscow and Exeter touring that includes the expansive grounds of the Kremlin and the rare opportunity to visit the Grand Kremlin Palace, not accessible to the general public.
