Golden Eagle
The Golden Eagle is featured on the Classic Route from Moscow to Vladivostok and vice versa and also operates from Moscow to the Chinese border on the Silk Road Route. Besides comfortable cabins, guests enjoy access to the Golden Eagle Lounge and the Golden Eagle Restaurant.
Imperial Suites: These are the most spacious cabins available on board the Golden Eagle measuring 120 square feet and benefit from their own large and luxurious fixed King Size bed as well as a dedicated sitting area with dressing table. Imperial Suites include private en-suite facilities with large power shower and under-floor heating, individual air-conditioning, wardrobe, DVD/CD player with LCD screen and two large picture windows. Guests will also benefit from a dedicated butler service, a selection of complimentary drinks from the premium bar list, included laundry service and room upgrades to the next available category at hotel included in the rail journey
Gold Class Cabins: Amongst the best in rail travel today, Gold Class cabins feature modern en-suite amenities including power showers and under floor heating. Cabins are excellently appointed and equipped with state of the art DVD/CD Player, LCD screen, audio system, individual air conditioning, recessed lighting and wardrobe space. Gold Class cabins have an area of 77 square feet. Bedding is upper and lower twin berth bedding. Silver Class: Silver Class cabins are smaller than Gold Class, but still have modern en-suite facilities with a smaller shower. You will find added wardrobe space in the cabin as well. All cabins feature the same amenities as the Gold Class cars, but carriages contain six cabins as opposed to five in Gold Class and have an area of 60 square feet. Shangri-la Express
The Shangri-la Express is in service from the Chinese border to Beijing on the Silk Road Route.
Cabins on the Shangri-la Express are comfortably furnished and traditionally decorated with varnished wood and brass. Each includes a pullman table and armchair with large picture window . Bedding is one upper and one lower berth and these cabins have an area of 38 square feet.There is a wash basin facility shared between each two compartments and toilet facilities are located at the end of each carriage. A separate state of the art shower car with individual shower compartments is attached to the train.
Guests who book Gold Class will receive two side by side compartments on the Shangri-la Express.
Guests in Silver Class will have one compartment on the Shangri-la Express.
