The Renaissance of Elegant Travel to Eastern Europe and Russia

Baltics: Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius

These three former Soviet Republics have come into their own over the past decade. Their national identities have been restored and the economies are booming. Surprisingly, these three distinct nations have little in common culturally or linguistically with Russia (or each other!) and much more in common with their Baltic neighbors to the north- Finland and Scandinavia.

The best way to get between the capitals is by private car and driver, with some fascinating stops along the way. The drives between each city are between four and five hours, so we think two to three nights in each city is essential to give you enough time to see everything. Your private car, driver and guide will be at your service along the way to make sure you effortlessly see all the major sites- and even the minor ones that are of particular interest. Please note that visiting this part of the world requires a lot of walking- much of each city center is lined with cobblestone streets and feature large pedestrian-only zones.

We love the boutique hotels of this region and we have found the best for you to stay in.
