Days 1 through 4: St. Petersburg
Winter in Russia is an enchanting time.  We will visit Pavlovsk Palace, where we will be invited on a private troika ride across the snow-covered grounds (weather dependent) and enjoy a visit to the Hermitage with our private guide.  A performance at the famous Mariinsky Theatre will be the perfect preparation for the highlight of our time in Russia- a night of toasting and dancing in imperial Russian style at the Tsar’s New Years Eve Gala Ball.

Meals: Breakfast daily, 1 Lunch, 2 Dinners

Days 5 through 8: Moscow
Moscow is unforgettable under a blanket of white snow.  We will tour the Kremlin grounds including the Diamond Vaults, the Armoury, and the Assumption Cathedral where all Russian tsars were crowned.  We will go under ground to view the beautiful mosaics of the Moscow Metro as well as visit the Tretykov Gallery, home to all of Russia’s most famous artists.
