White Nights
Touring
Days 1 through 7: St. Petersburg
From May to July, the city of St. Petersburg is illuminated with festivities, laughter and eternal light. We will see the most historic and notable sights, such as Catherine Palace and its famed Amber Room, Peterhof Palace, and of course the Hermitage Museum. We will also enjoy an authentic Russian lunch in the countryside while visiting Pavlovsk Palace.
The highlights of the stay are the four performances of the White Nights Festival that we will attend. Past festivals have seen the premiere of the Mariinsky (Kirov) Opera’s performance of Aida, and a ballet competition of graduates from the Imperial Ballet School.
