What is Exeter Exponentially?
We called the program Exeter Exponentially as apart from being a neat tongue twister, we wanted a title that encapsulates exactly what we are doing – increasing value quickly for our travelers by large amounts!
Put simply – book more and receive more value added benefits when travelling outside of peak season.
What is the aim of Exeter Exponentially?
We want to encourage travel in high summer and in late fall and winter. Traditionally May, June and September are peak season in major European destinations. Travelling just outside of this period not only offers excellent value, but also a different experience.
Where exactly can I go with Exeter Exponentially?
Choose two or more of our participating hotels between the Aria Hotel Budapest, the Sacher Vienna, the Augustine Prague, the Regent Berlin, the Sheraton Krakow, the Bristol Warsaw and the Rocco Forte Hotel Astoria in St. Petersburg.
Travel to Hungary for the Budapest Summer Festival where you can experience outdoor theatre on Margaret Island (between Buda and Pest) and combine with Vienna and enjoy a day wine tasting in the famed Wachau Valley. Prague and Berlin are just a short distance away – make it a hat trick or a quartet and include all four destinations! Those looking for more adventure can ask about our curated white-glove self-drive options.
Alternatively combine a Dr Zhivago troika ride in St. Petersburg with the chic and modern food scene in Warsaw in the winter, and the fairy-tale beauty of unspoilt medieval Krakow.
What do I have to do to qualify for the Hotel Upgrades?
Book two hotels for three nights or more to get a one category upgrade. Three hotels for three nights or more to get a two category upgrade. Upgrades will be confirmed at time of booking, subject to availability. Some suite exceptions apply.
What Touring does Exeter International include?
Once you have selected a minimum of two hotels for three nights and booked a minimum of one day of touring in each destination, we will include one of our Extraordinary Experiences (to be selected by Exeter International) and a complimentary private walking tour in one destination. For a minimum of three nights and three cities, we offer all of the above, PLUS a complimentary ticket for each traveler to enjoy a concert, ballet or opera in one city.
