Sense Hotel, Sofia

A member of Relais & Chateaux, Zornitza Family Estate, is a beautiful property located in the Melnik Region in Southern Bulgaria. Set within a hilly landscape, amongst an expansive land of vineyards, this boutique hotel features picturesque stone buildings of contemporary design yet built from traditional materials.  A perfect countryside escape, this hotel offers 9 luxury suites and six private villas, all with open views to the surrounding vineyards, mountain peaks, and the sand cliffs of Melnik. Its tranquil surrounding makes it a perfect place to unwind and relax and enjoy the food and wine that this hotel is well known for.


There are two restaurants on property. At restaurant Aestivum, guests may enjoy dishes inspired by international gourmet trends, as well as the fresh ingredients and products that are sourced locally and also grown on-site at the eco farm of the Zornitza Family Estate. At Bistro 55 guests are invited to a more cozy and relaxed informal dining experience while still enjoying a menu of Bulgarian and international dishes. Hotel Promenade, Burgas

Hotel Promenade is a charming boutique hotel located in the center of Burgas, near the Central Beach and the beautiful seaside park – the Sea Garden. Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena, Sofia

The Kempinski Grand Arena is a five-star luxury hotel that is beautifully situated at the footsteps of the Pirin Mountains, offering magnificent landscapes and wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel features 157 Alpine-style rooms and suites decorated with wood furnishings and bright color schemes creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for guests. There are a few bars on premise where guests may relax while grabbing a quick bite to eat and/or enjoying a nice cocktail or glass of wine.

Arena di Serdica, Sofia

Arena di Serdica is situated right in the heart of Sofia. Its central location offers an easy walk to the main cultural and historical sites, restaurants, bars, and shops. This boutique property, features 63 spacious and elegantly decorated rooms and suites, and houses a historical treasure – the exposed remains of the roman amphitheater of Ancient Serdica, dating back to the 3rd - 4th century, which have been integrated in the hotel lobby.

There are two on-site restaurants. The Tribuna Restaurant & Garden is the hotel’s main restaurant and offers international dishes as well as traditional Bulgarian specialties. The other restaurant, La Terrazza di Serdica, features select Italian regional dishes that bring forth the most authentic culinary traditions of the Italian Peninsula. Zornitza Estate, Melnik

For a truly unique luxury experience, a few nights at Zornitza Estate should be added to your itinerary! Inside the boutique hotel there are nine suites and located separately on the property are six private villas. Each features a large terrace with fantastic views, free Wi-Fi, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious king size bed. Inside the villas, there is a fireplace that you may utilize during the cooler months.

Located on the property is their Zoma Spa. The spa has a variety of options to choose from, such as different therapies, massages, sauna, a salty mineral pool, a warm water jet pool, and a cold-water bucket. They have a heated indoor pool with areas you can utilize for relaxing and a fireplace. The indoor pool also has a pool bar that offers either cold or hot drinks. There is a mineral pool located outside that you may also use as well depending on the time of year. The fitness center offers plenty of equipment and has a wonderful view of the estate.

Also, on the property is a miniature farm. Not only do they grow their own vegetables and truffles, they also have a variety of different animals on property! Their vineyard surrounds the entire property, where the harvest begins in the middle of August and lasts until the end of October. Over 17 varieties of wine are created on site, and if you are interested, you may enjoy a fantastic wine tasting and a visit to their cellars. The estate is within close proximity to the border it shares with Greece and other outdoor activities such as hiking, beach days, and rafting.

Residence City Garden, Plovdiv

Located in the city center of Plovdiv, the Residence City Garden hotel is situated in close proximity to the Tsar Simeon Garden, giving guests a quick break from the hectic city as they find tranquility amidst the greenery and beautiful landscaping of the garden.
